I just wanted to write to say how happy I am with the work Alberny Restorations did at our house yesterday! Lewis was really helpful in explaining the process to us and made sure to ask us about certain features in the room and our desired outcome, while managing our expectations - I just felt like they were very considerate overall. And it was all done in a day! Would definitely recommend them if anyone is looking for sandblasting/restoration work
Fantastic service from start to finish. Managed to fit us in at short notice, helping us keep our project on track, Kept us fully updated the whole way through and made quick work of removing the paint from the whole of the outside of our house.
Recently tasked Alberny Restorations to return a heavily painted oak timber beam to it's natural, unfinished state in a Grade II listed cottage restoration. It was of vital importance that the work conducted did not damage, degrade or alter the original timber of the cottage in any way, and have they delivered! The beam was soda blasted, which fulfilled the brief beautifully as the timber is now back to it's natural state and showcasing all of its original rustic charm and character (not a flake of paint to be seen, which is quite remarkable considering how gnarled several aspects of the beam are with shakes, knots, woodworm damage and the like). The team was punctual, friendly and informative, hard working and efficient (all wrapped up, cleaned and tidied within about two hours of commencing) and competitively priced. Have absolutely no hesitation recommending Alberny Restoration. A+++++. Thank you guys!
