Bob, the office manager was really great to deal with. The two person crew that came got the work done effectively and efficiently, Alfie was good at prioritising what could be done in the time and did loads! The floor was fairly well cleared of sand / dust at the end, ledges and things in the area needed cleaning; however another firm I contacted would have charged more and done no clearing up! Recently had our beams blasted by Alberny whose service was brilliant from first point of contact to the end result. The team ( Liam & Lee- apologies if these names are incorrect) were excellent arriving earlier than anticipated despite our tiny lanes. Their care & knowledge plus respect for our cottage & young dog was outstanding. The whole process was obviously noisy & dusty but every care was taken to minimise disruption. Excellent communication from the initial enquiry, survey done a few days later, work completed a few weeks later with care and consideration, with waste cleaned up and removed, really great service all round. I paid and I was very pleased. If you want a quality job this is the way to go. Fantastic result in garden furniture and highly recommended. The team did a great job stripping off all the old paint (probably 20+ years) and then priming the bare metal. We are very happy with their work and would highly recommend.
